PARENTS contribution

  • Parents are requested to be polite and decent in their behaviour. 
  • Parents are requested to pay school fees on time.
  • Parents should encourage their ward to be regular and punctual in attendance in the school and discourage them from staying at home or attending functions & ceremonies which may come in the way of their studies. 
  • If your ward is absent from the school any day, he/she must complete all the work & homework missed by him or her in the class. 
  • Parents are requested to ensure their participation in Parent |Teacher | Management to discuss and note the development of their wards in studies and their behaviour in Schooling. 
  • Parents will sign the progress report of their ward and take suitable corrective measures as suggested by school management. 
  • It is parents' responsibility to ensure that their Ward reaches school at 5 minutes before the school commences. 
  • Attending morning school assembly is compulsory for all students as it teaches an intelligence of companionship and discipline among the students. 
  • Parents must check that their Ward maintains cleanliness and neatness in his /her personal habits and also keeps his / her uniform, text books and exercise books neat and clean. 
  • Parents are requested to ensure that their wards complete the homework noted in the school diary every day. 
  • The names, class and section of the pupil should be clearly marked on all belonging to the students. 
  • Water bottles, blazer, Jersey and shoes should also bear the name of the student. 
  • The school accepts no responsibility whatsoever for loss of any valuable brought to the school. 
  • Parents of the girls are advised not to allow their wards to wear any jewellery, mehendi and nail paint. Besides, their nails should be properly trimmed. 
  • In case of any infectious disease at your home, do not send your ward to the school till the disease is cured. 
  • Parents may meet class teachers / subject teachers during school hours with the prior permission of the Principal otherwise, that can seek prior appointment from the teacher concerned through the school diary. 
  • Parents are advised to check that the child carries the tiffin before he/ she leaves home. 
  • Long hair of girls should be neatly tied into a braid /plait and not in a ponytail. 

Rules of conduct and Discipline

Every student must carry his / her diary and identity card to school every day.

  •   All students should attend to the school regularly and punctually in proper proximity and well iron the school uniform. 
  • No Student will be allowed to leave the school premises once he/ she has come to school. In case any student requires to leave the school premises during the school hours, the parents are requested to submit an application to the Principal. 
  • Keeping in observation, security of the warden, Guardian or the person attending the student on short leave, should carry authorised  card with them, otherwise gate pass would not be issued to the Student or the guardian or the person attending for the student. 
  • In case of emergency, parents will be informed and they have to report to the Principal immediately. 
  • Students should bring the book & notebook to the school according to the time table of the day. 
  • Students should do the homework. Each home work given in each subject regularly. Guardians are requested to check the diary and sign it every day. 
  • No student should damage any school furniture, write or draw anything on wall. Recovery for any damage will be made from the student concerned. 
  • In order to acquire a good knowledge of the English language which is the medium of instruction for all subjects, children should speak only in English within the school premises or hostel. 
  • The children must be in their respective classrooms five minutes before the bell rings. Late comers will not be permitted to site in the class after class starts. 
  • Birthday parties are not allowed in the school premises. This creates differences among the children. One small toffee per child is all that may be distributed in class. Students from VI class onwards should come in school Uniform on that day.
